SMART INQUIRY INTAKE

They bring the idea.
You make it a plan.

A lunch request. A wedding email. A message with half the details. Turn your customer’s words into a draft you can actually work with.

  • 01
    Start with the original message

Paste an inquiry and review suggested event details alongside the words that support them.

  • 02
    You stay in charge

Use, edit or dismiss each suggestion. Missing details stay visible, ready for a follow-up.

  • 03
    Review first. Save when ready.

Match your customers and menu items before you save. Your catalog sets the prices.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
set the table.

Who is CaterScale built for?

Small catering teams managing corporate lunches, weddings, private events and repeat customers. CaterScale connects the office and kitchen around the same event, from inquiry through invoicing.

What happens when the guest count changes?

Update the event and create a new quote revision. The earlier approved quote stays intact. Once the new revision is approved, the kitchen acknowledges the updated production plan.

Does the AI book events or set prices?

No. Inquiry intake suggests details for your team to review, edit or dismiss. You choose the customer and menu, review the draft and save the event. Catalog prices remain authoritative. Nothing is booked or sent automatically.

Can the kitchen use it on a phone?

Yes. The browser interface supports desktop and phone layouts, with approved production sheets, prep and packing checklists, and delivery progress. Sheets can also be printed. An internet connection is required.

Can I sign up, and what does it cost?

Start with a 14-day free trial. CaterScale is $49 USD per month for unlimited venues and up to five team members. The annual option is $479.88 USD per year (save 18.4%). Choose monthly or annual billing in the app. Your subscription terms and first billing date are shown before you confirm. See the pricing section for details.

Are these real customer records?

No. All examples on this page are fictional illustrations. The walkthrough and packing checklist do not read or change workspace records. This page has no signup form, advertising trackers or external font requests.
